Event: Veterans Day Parade Location: Elk Grove, California Due to the humor of it all, I decided to post this here and not on my main art account. I had seen this group before but this was the first time I had seen the one that was dressed as a cop having fuzzy handcuffs and a rubber chicken attached to his belt. One of his companions, after taking the 'cop's picture insisted that I take one of him in his "holding cell".
